Gimlet

• 1 ½ oz gin

• 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Yuzu Liqueur

• ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Raspberry Liqueur

• ½ oz fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Yuzu Tropical

• 1 ½ oz spiced rum

• 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Yuzu Liqueur

• ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Triple Sec

• ½ oz orange juice

• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a hurricane glass. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Rocks

• 2 oz Suntory Toki Whisky

• 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Yuzu Liqueur

• ¾ oz Ume Plum Liqueur

• ¼ oz fresh lemon juice

Build in a rocks glass, add ice and stir. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wheel.

Yuzu Lemondrop Martini

• 1 ½ oz vodka

• ¾ oz Fruitful Mixology Yuzu Liqueur

• ¾ oz limoncello

• ½ oz pear brandy

• ½ oz fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel or edible flower.
