Rhubarb Palmoa

• 1 ½ oz tequila

• 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Pink Grapefruit Liqueur

• ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Rhubarb Liqueur

• ½ oz fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a highball glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a lime wheel.

Strawberry Fields

• 1 ½ oz gin

• ¾ oz Fruitful Mixology Rhubarb Liqueur

• ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Strawberry Liqueur

• ½ oz fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a sprig of sage.

The Cufflink

• 1 ½ oz gin

• 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Rhubarb Liqueur

• ½ oz fresh lemon juice

• 1 oz egg whites

Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice. Dry shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass or over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Blueberry Rhubarb Gimlet

• 2 oz gin

• ¾ oz Fruitful Mixology Rhubarb Liqueur

• ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Blueberry Liqueur

• ½ oz fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Rhubarb Vanilla Martini

• 1 ½ oz vanilla vodka

• 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Rhubarb Liqueur

• ½ oz brown sugar cinnamon syrup

• ¼ oz fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an edible flower.

Gimlet

• 2 oz whiskey

• 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Rhubarb Liqueur

• ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Triple Sec

• ¼ oz fresh lemon juice

Smoke a rocks glass. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir until well chilled and strain into the smoked rocks glass over a big ice cube. Garnish with a lemon peel.
