Raspberry Recipes
Lucky Lychee
1 ½ oz vodka
¾ oz Fruitful Mixology Lychee Liqueur
½ oz Fruitful Mixology Raspberry Liqueur
1 oz lemonade
½ oz fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a skewered lychee and optional dried flower petal rim.
RLTINI
3 oz vodka
1 ¼ oz Fruitful Mixology Raspberry Liqueur
½ oz fresh lime juice
lemon lime soda
Combine the first three ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Top with lemon lime soda and garnish with a lime wheel and a fresh raspberry.
French Martini
2 oz vodka
1 oz Fruitful Mixology Raspberry Liqueur
½ oz pineapple juice
¼ oz fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a dried pineapple slice or skewered raspberries.
Raspberry Cheesecake Martini
1 ½ oz vodka
1 ½ oz Rumchata
1 oz Fruitful Mixology Raspberry Liqueur
¼ oz honey vanilla syrup
¼ oz fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass with a chocolate drizzle. Garnish with skewered raspberries.
Razerac
2 oz cognac
1 oz Fruitful Mixology Raspberry Liqueur
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
½ oz absinthe or Sambuca
Rinse a rocks glass with the absinthe or Sambuca and dump. Add ingredients to the glass with a large ice cube and stir. Garnish with a skewered Luxardo cherry.
Gimlet
1 ½ oz gin
1 oz Fruitful Mixology Yuzu Liqueur
½ oz Fruitful Mixology Raspberry Liqueur
½ oz fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Cosmo Razz
2 oz vodka
1 oz Fruitful Mixology Raspberry Liqueur
½ oz Cointreau
¼ oz fresh lime juice
Splash of cranberry juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
