Be My Clementine

• 1 ½ oz gin

• 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Clementine Liqueur

• ¾ oz Amaro Montenegro

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with dried peony petals.

Clemen-Tai

• 1 oz aged rum

• 1 oz dark rum

• 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Clementine Liqueur

• ¾ oz fresh lime juice

• ¼ oz orgeat

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a hurricane glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and a maraschino cherry.

A Burning Passion

• 1 ½ oz mezcal

• ¼ oz Fruitful Mixology Clementine Liqueur

• 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Passionfruit Liqueur

• ½ oz fresh lime juice

• 2 dashes Scrappy’s Firewater (habanero bitters)

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a Poco Grande glass. Garnish with an orange wheel.
