Apricot Recipes

Hotel Nacional

• 1 ½ oz white rum

• 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Apricot Liqueur

• ¾ oz pineapple juice

• ½ oz fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Sidecar

• 1 ½ oz cognac

• ¾ oz Fruitful Mixology Apricot Liqueur

• ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Triple Sec

• ½ oz fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a swath of orange or lemon.

The Antilles

• 1 ½ oz light rum

• ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Apricot Liqueur

• ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Coconut Liqueur

• ½ oz dark rum

• 1 oz pineapple juice

• 1 oz orange juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a Poco Grande glass. Garnish with an orange wheel and a cherry.

Pit-iful Apricot Joke

• 1 oz bourbon

• 1 oz Amaro Averna

• ¾ oz Fruitful Mixology Apricot Liqueur

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled, approximately 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a big ice cube and garnish with a skewered dried apricot.

Open Waters

• 1 ½ oz dark rum

• 1 oz Barbados rum

• 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Pink Grapefruit Liqueur

• ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Apricot Liqueur

• ¼ oz coffee liqueur

• 1 oz orange juice

• ½ oz fresh lime juice

• 2 drops saline

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
