Acai Bowl
1 ½ oz vanilla vodka
1 oz Fruitful Mixology Açaí Liqueur
½ oz Fruitful Mixology Strawberry Liqueur
¼ oz Fruitful Mixology Mango Liqueur
½ oz pineapple juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Optional: Cocoa powdered rim and/or garnish with shredded coconut.
Manhattan
2 oz bourbon
1 oz Fruitful Mixology Açaí Liqueur
½ oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
In a mixing glass, combine the ingredients with ice and stir gently until well chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a twist of lemon and a Luxardo cherry.
Tequila Sunrise
1 ½ oz tequila blanco
1 oz Fruitful Mixology Açaí Liqueur
2 oz orange juice
Fill a highball glass with ice and add the Fruitful Mixology Açaí Liqueur. In a shaker, combine tequila and orange juice. Shake well and strain into the glass. Stir gently to create the ombre effect. Garnish with an orange slice and a few blueberries.
Cosmopolitan
1 ½ oz vodka
1 oz Fruitful Mixology Açaí Liqueur
½ oz Cointreau
¾ oz fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lime and a few blueberries.
Gin Fizz
1 ½ oz gin
1 oz Fruitful Mixology Açaí Liqueur
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
1 oz egg whites
Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice. Dry shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass or over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.
Rum Punch
1 ½ oz white rum
1 oz Fruitful Mixology Açaí Liqueur
½ oz Fruitful Mixology Pineapple Liqueur
1 oz pineapple juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a few blueberries.
Royal Elixir
1 oz gin
¾ oz Fruitful Mixology Açaí Liqueur
¼ oz elderflower liqueur
¼ oz rose liqueur
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
¼ oz honey syrup
4 oz sparkling wine
Combine the first six ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with the sparkling wine and garnish with a twist of lemon and a few edible flowers.
