Pineapple Recipes

Mexilada

• 1 ½ oz tequila

• 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Pineapple Liqueur

• ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Coconut Liqueur

• ½ oz fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a lime wheel.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake Martini

• 1 oz spiced rum

• 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Pineapple Liqueur

• ½ oz amaretto

• ½ oz dark rum

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with a few dashes of Angostura Bitters and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

The Hurricane

• 1 ½ oz white rum

• 1 ½ oz dark rum

• 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Passionfruit Liqueur

• ¾ oz orange juice

• ½ oz fresh lime juice

• ¼ oz Fruitful Mixology Pineapple Liqueur

• Splash of grenadine

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over crushed ice in a hurricane glass. Garnish with skewered orange slice and maraschino cherry.

Pineapple Pillage By Pirates

• 1 ½ oz tequila blanco

• 1 ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Pineapple Liqueur

• 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Triple Sec

• 1 oz fresh lemon juice

• ½ oz fresh lime juice

• diced jalapeño

Add diced jalapeño to a shaker with ice. Shake then add the remaining ingredients and shake again. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass rimmed with Tajín.
