I Love It When You Call Me Big Papaya
1 ½ oz Jamaican rum
¾ oz Fruitful Mixology Papaya Liqueur
½ oz Fruitful Mixology Coconut Liqueur
½ oz fresh lime juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a Poco Grande glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and freshly grated nutmeg.
Papaya Marga-Jito
1 ½ oz tequila blanco
1 ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Papaya Liqueur
½ oz mezcal
4-7 clapped mint leaves
3-4 lime wedges
Combine clapped mint leaves, ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Papaya Liqueur and lime wedges into a shaker and lightly muddle. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker with ice and shake. Pour the contents into the pint glass. Top with more ice and club soda.
Papaya Sunrise
1 oz reposado tequila
1 oz Fruitful Mixology Papaya Liqueur
½ oz Aperol
½ oz añejo tequila
½ oz fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over a big ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
