I Love It When You Call Me Big Papaya

  • 1 ½ oz Jamaican rum

  • ¾ oz Fruitful Mixology Papaya Liqueur

  • ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Coconut Liqueur

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a Poco Grande glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and freshly grated nutmeg.

Papaya Marga-Jito

  • 1 ½ oz tequila blanco

  • 1 ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Papaya Liqueur

  • ½ oz mezcal

  • 4-7 clapped mint leaves

  • 3-4 lime wedges

Combine clapped mint leaves, ½ oz Fruitful Mixology Papaya Liqueur and lime wedges into a shaker and lightly muddle. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker with ice and shake. Pour the contents into the pint glass. Top with more ice and club soda.

Papaya Sunrise

  • 1 oz reposado tequila

  • 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Papaya Liqueur

  • ½ oz Aperol

  • ½ oz añejo tequila

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over a big ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
