Ginger Recipes

Penicillin

  • 1 ½ oz blended scotch

  • 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Ginger Liqueur

  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

  • ¼ oz Islay single malt scotch

Combine blended scotch, Fruitful Mixology Liqueur and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over a big ice cube in a rocks glass. Top with Islay and garnish with candied ginger.

Lemon Ginger French

  • ½ oz gin

  • ¼ oz Fruitful Mixology Ginger Liqueur

  • ¼ oz fresh lemon juice

  • approx. 5 oz sparkling wine

Combine the first three ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a ginger-sugar rimmed champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon peel.

What’s Up Doc?

  • 1 ½ oz white rum

  • 1 oz Fruitful Mixology Ginger Liqueur

  • ¾ oz carrot juice

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1 oz egg whites

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with no ice. Dry shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass or over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a stalk of celery and a slice of fresh ginger.
